While RogersTV FoQus with Deb Pearce host Deb Pearce is off saving the world, one diaper at a time, our own Renée Olbert is guest-hosting the show tonight! She is so multi-talented.

Another delightful tidbit on the show tonight will be Liz Stembridge (who plays Audrey's wife Andrea) interviewing Sara Gilchrist (who plays Sylvia Grihm and who is also, amazingly, the fabulous editor of our last four episodes! She, too, is extremely multi-talented) about how awesome she is and her role in Seeking Simone.

Wow. It took us 3 years to get 948 fans and just a few hours to get the final 52 we need for that delightful, round 1000. YOU ARE THE MOST AWESOME PEOPLE EVER!! Look!

Help Simone Get to 1000 Facebook Fans - And We'll Release Ep 2.5!

Hey gang! So guess what? After three long years, I have finally learned not to announce the release date of a Seeking Simone episode until the episode is ACTUALLY FINISHED. But this time, Episode 2.5: Leslie is complete. I have seen it and everything! Yeeeeeeaaaaaaaah!!

But hey! Since it's the final episode of Season 2 - AND since it's our 10th episode (HA ha - that's right! Just 10 episodes in three years! Fortunately, they are all GOLD) - we thought it would be fun to release Episode 2.5: Leslie when we reach our goal of 1000 fans on Facebook.

We're SOOOO close - we already have 948 fans. So we need your help to get us over the hump!!

Here's what you can do:

1. "Like" Seeking Simone on Facebook. You don't even have to leave this site - just go over to the Facebook widget on the right and click "like". Done!

2. Suggest Seeking Simone's Facebook page to your lesbian-webseries-loving friends. We know you've been meaning to tell someone about this show and how it's all hilarious and shit and there's girl-on-girl action in it. Do it! Do it now!

We're pretty thrilled to be so close to finishing off Season 2 - and equally thrilled by all of the love and support we've had from you, our fine fine fans. We couldn't (and wouldn't) do this without you!

Happy New Year!!

Just wanted to take a moment to thank all of our wonderful fans, dedicated translators and folks who thought we were worth interviewing for making 2011 such a great year for Team Simone! We wish you all the best in 2012...AND BEYOND. 

We're still working on the final episode of Season 2 but never fear - it will be out this year! Hahahahaa! No, seriously, the rough cut is looking amazing and we'll announce the release date in the next week or so. Can't wait to share this final episode with you - as always, pants are optional!

Behind the Scenes for Ep 2.4

The agony! The ecstasy! The boob grab! Episode 2.4 was a lot of fun to film - we were on location and everything. JEALOUS??

The original plan was to shoot the "party" for the Geminons on a Friday night, when we could finagle our lovely friends into being well-dressed extras. But then it turned out our location (the gallery upstairs at Lola's Kitchen on Church) was only available on a Friday morning.

HAHAHAA!

You know who's available at short notice on a Friday morning? MUSICIANS. And Naomi's mom. We owe you guys.

Here are a few of the highlights.

Renée in the infamous dress and the amazing Amanda Brugel, who made the reporter character funnier than I ever thought she could be. Amanda - you're a STAR.

BJ Fletcher's own Lindy Zucker made a cameo appearance as herself in this episode! Here she is, impressing Lisa MacIsaac from Madison Violet with her best Joaquin Phoenix impression. Lisa was super-impressed.

Sadly, much of Amanda and Lindy's hilarious improv ended up on the cutting room floor, but here you can see them as they exchange phone numbers for a raunchy rendezvous later.

My old friend, horn player Marcus Ali showed up in his classy duds to pretend to drink martinis...

...and so did our director Naomi's mom, Liz. That's love right there!

I'm not TOTALLY sure what Madison Violet's Brenley MacEachern is testing here, but I'm pretty sure it's "Worst. Party. EVER."
